If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund policy as outlined below. You are eligible for a full refund if you have implemented the strategies provided in our lead magnet but have not seen any results within 30 days. Additionally, you must provide proof of execution, such as outreach attempts, follow-ups, and engagement efforts, and submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.

However, we do not offer refunds if you did not attempt to use the strategies provided, request a refund after 30 days from the purchase date, purchased by mistake, changed your mind after accessing the content, or are seeking a refund due to personal financial constraints.

To initiate a refund request, please email support@aceup.in with your order details (email, transaction ID), a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund, and screenshots or proof of outreach attempts and implementation. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
